Recertification

All DOT propane cylinders are required by law to be recertified by a registered certification company every 10 or 12 years. People often don’t realize this until they are on the road and are told at the pump that their tank is “Out of date.” Unfortunately a majority of refueling stations cannot recertify your tanks. In most cases we can recertify your tanks while you wait and also replace any valves if required. Finding the right parts can be difficult, especially when you are dealing with LPG components. Propane is an extremely specialized fuel which often leaves scarcity when looking for the right parts for your specific needs.
